RA Care has a proud history of spanning 12 years, we have been delivering exceptional personal care services registered with the CQC. Our facility is equipped with all necessary safety features.  

In accordance with the Health and Social Care Act, RA care operates as a registered care provider, delivering supported living services that adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety. Our head office facility is overseen by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. We been awarded a GOOD CQC registered care provider. 

The supported living accommodation comprises four bedrooms, three of which are en-suite, and two communal bathrooms, catering to the needs of our residents. The property encompasses six bedrooms and ample parking space for three to four vehicles. Additionally, a conveniently located park across the street provides opportunities for outdoor activities and recreation.

RA care specialises in providing personalised support to individuals with complex needs, including those exhibiting severely challenging behaviour’s, self-harm tendencies, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and forensic care requirements. We offer tailored support ratios of 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1, ensuring that each resident receives the appropriate level of care and attention. 

As a responsible care provider, we prioritise the safety and well-being of our residents. Our facility is equipped with fire alarms in each room, connected to a central fire assembly point, and our Fire Safety Certification is regularly updated to ensure compliance with the latest regulations. To further enhance safety, fire doors have been installed in every room, providing an additional layer of protection for our vulnerable residents.

Recognizing the diverse needs of our service users, we have designed sensory rooms, playrooms, and activity areas to stimulate personal growth, development, and overall well-being. Our highly trained and skilled staff members possess the necessary expertise to work with individuals with specific care requirements, delivering compassionate and personalized support.

RA care provides tailored support for individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism who have additional needs, including mental health conditions and highly challenging behaviour's. Our person-centered, flexible support promotes choice and control, aligning closely with the Transforming Care National Service Model.

We collaborate closely with the individuals we support, their support networks, and local partners to develop and deliver transition plans that clearly meet their needs and promote positive risk management. Our preventative solutions, developed in conjunction with Transforming Care Partnerships, aim to reduce the risk of hospital admission for individuals in the community.
